Product Introduction:

T7 RNA Polymerase is a highly specific RNA polymerase derived from bacteriophage T7. It efficiently catalyzes the transcription of DNA templates into RNA in vitro by recognizing the T7 promoter sequence. It is widely used in various research and industrial applications related to in vitro transcription.

This enzyme is encoded by T7 phage DNA. It synthesizes RNA complementary to the single-stranded DNA downstream of the T7 promoter sequence, using double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence as a template and NTPs as substrates. The enzyme exhibits high specificity for the T7 promoter sequence and does not recognize promoters from other biological sources.

Applicable Scenarios:

Synthesis of mRNA and other nucleic acid molecules, RNA structure/function/interaction studies, RNA-related reagent development

Product Advantages:

1.  Significantly higher transcription activity than comparable products.

2.  No by-products during transcription, ensuring high product purity.

3.  Capable of producing high yields of RNA in a single reaction.

4.  Suitable for large-scale production of milligram quantities of RNA.
5.       Low dsRNA content in the transcription products.
6.       Synthesized RNA can be used for RNA structure and function studies, RNase protection, probe hybridization, antisense RNA, and RNAi applications.

High purity and low by-products: Special effect reduces dsRNA by-products, significantly simplifying subsequent purification process

High specificity: Strict recognition of T7 promoter sequence, extremely low background transcription

Product performance stable: High RNA yield and excellent batch consistency, ensuring experimental reproducibility
