*Handles Various Board Types: Equipped with a 7.5KW high-volume fan with variable frequency control for air pressure, it can securely hold and smoothly feed warped boards or very thin paper.
*Precise and Durable Feeding: Utilizes wear-resistant feeder wheels imported from Taiwan, combined with electrically adjusted side baffles and a pneumatic alignment device, ensuring accurate board positioning without shifting.

 * Accurate and Fast Register: The printing roller can be adjusted laterally by electricity (±10mm), and the phase is controlled by a PLC touch screen with an adjustment accuracy of 0.1mm. It features an intelligent reset function, automatically returning to position after locking, reducing setup time.
* Superior Roller Craftsmanship: All rollers (printing roller, pressure roller, anilox roller) are ground, hard chrome plated,and undergo computer dynamic balance correction for smooth operation. The optional ceramic anilox roller offers finer printing, better wear resistance, and a longer service life. 

Slotting unit
* Advanced Creasing: Uses France Martin technology for straight, crack-free lines. Features a pre-creasing roller to protect board fiber.* High Precision: Alloy steel knives deliver burr-free, die-cutting quality slots. Precision ball screws ensure high accuracy.
* Intelligent Control: PLC touch screen with 999-order memory. Automatic size adjustment and tool positioning.

Die cutting department
 * Rugged and Precise Rollers: Both the die cutter roller and the rubber roller are made of cast steel, ground, hard chrome plated, and dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation and high cutting accuracy.
* Automatic Lateral Movement of Rubber Roller: During operation, the rubber roller shifts left and right automatically (±20mm). This disperses knife marks to prevent repetition, significantly extending the blanket's service life.
