Product design according to minimum standards? Not with us. For us as a magnet manufacturer and supplier, one thing has been our top priority for over 35 years: uncompromising quality.

We spare no effort in the selection of materials at the expense of quality. The result: an extensive range of magnetically saturated products that are characterized by optimum holding power and a long service life. Whether industrial magnets for companies or magnets for demanding projects at home.

Creation of demagnetization curves

We are one of the few manufacturers in Germany to have a hystograph for creating demagnetization curves.
 

Creation of force-path breakaway curves

In our Tech-Center we create force-displacement and tear-off curves up to 10 KN for you.
 

Optical component measurement

For quality control and assurance, we test all our magnets using an optical 3D measuring system from Zeiss.
 

CAD detailed drawings (step/dxf)

For modeling purposes, we design our magnets in advance in a 3D view. In addition, we work with a kinetic tool to simulate moving sequences of assemblies.
 

Customer-specific data sheets

Together with you, we define all the specified parameters precisely as a basis for production. We then use these firmly anchored data sheets to create control plans for quality assurance.
 

Endurance tests

We run many of our magnets for several weeks under full load in long-term tests. This enables us to make long-term forecasts and check and define quality characteristics.
