The company has three sets of German-made spinning equipment: DF10050, DF2220, and MD21/5030. It can produce disc-shaped heads of different shapes and specifications, from Φ325*Thk 8 to Φ10000*Thk50. Ding Jin has 7 hydraulic presses, including 2 1000-tonne presses, 1 2000-tonne press, 1 8000-tonne press and 1 16000-tonne double-action hydraulic press. The remaining 2000-ton and 630-ton double-action hydraulic presses were purchased domestically. We have a complete set of ancillary equipment, including 7 heating furnaces and 28 cranes (maximum lifting capacity 100 tons). Processing size of dished end: maximum size of one-piece spun part Φ10000*50mm; maximum size of one-piece stamped part Φ6000*400mm; multi-piece dished end (end) has no limit on diameter, and the maximum thickness can reach 300mm.
