We are always fascinated by how small parts can make a big difference

An idea becomes reality
Once the most promising concept has been isolated from a large number of others, we transfer the idea into reality with expertise and extreme precision. In order to achieve a top-class result in the shortest possible time, we use the latest technologies, such as simulations based on the finite element method (FEM). We use filling simulations to further optimize the part design. Only when all simulations meet our high standards is the first prototype created using 3D printing or the first prototype tool.

Material expertise down to the last detail
The perfect shape of the component is one thing, but finding the right combination of materials is a completely different challenge. There are around 200 plastic groups and around 30,000 material types. The following must be taken into account: Strength, thermal stability, chemical resistance, visual appearance and feel as well as the suitable combination of several materials.
