Unlike ordinary liquid nitrogen tanks, the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank is filled with liquid nitrogen automatically by automatic pressurization. Its inner and outer layers are made of stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and heat insulation, and the vacuum layer in the middle is filled with adsorbent, which is a thin imported multilayer composite material without oil and grease, with excellent heat insulation. At the same time, the valve at the mouth of the tank controls the output of liquid nitrogen in the tank. When you need to fill liquid nitrogen into other liquid nitrogen tanks, you only need to open the booster valve and observe the pressure in the tank increase to ≥0.05MPa, and then the liquid nitrogen can be filled automatically after unscrewing the drain valve, which does not require human dumping and will not be affected by electricity, truly automatic self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank.
