These tasks are waiting for you:

Commercial and logistical processing of export orders
Holistic commercial customer support from customer inquiry to delivery and invoicing
Communication with customers, distributors and freight forwarders worldwide
Entry and follow-up of quotations and orders
Processing of customs, transport and delivery documents
Active cooperation and support in projects
Data maintenance in our ERP/CRM system
Preparation of statistics (e. g.E.g. sales analysis)

You bring these qualifications with you:

Completed commercial vocational training e.g.
Experience in the field of order processing and export is an advantage
Experience with Intrastat and customs is an advantage
Affinity and experience with supplier portals is desirable.
Experience with ERP software advantageous
Confident handling of MS-Office
Good knowledge of English, other languages advantageous
Initiative, determination and ability to work in a team
Analytical thinking and understanding of complex processes
