Your tasks

• Contact person (m/f/d) for special tax issues, in particular VAT issues in Germany and abroad
• Development and implementation of solutions for sales tax issues
• Cooperation in the optimization of cash flow management
• Optimization of internal company guidelines and processes with regard to tax compliance management
• Preparation of tax analyses and documentation of intra-group transfer prices
• Carrying out practical training for internal departments
• Preparation of monthly sales tax reports including statistical reports
• Support in customer communication on specialist topics
• Support during tax audits
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including reporting according to HGB and tax law

Your profile

• Completed studies (e.g. business administration, economics) with a focus on taxes or a comparable education with appropriate further training
• First professional experience, preferably in a comparable position in the environment of international group companies
• Sound knowledge of national and international tax law
• Very good knowledge of English
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally practical experience with SAP R/3
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Quick comprehension as well as logical and critical thinking skills
• High assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
