Grade description

  • AP5440 PVD-coated carbide grade
    This PVD coated grade is first choice when machining under unstable conditions or with Long overhang at low to medium cutting Speeds. AP 5440 is mainly for milling steel materials.
  • AP2130 CVD-coated carbide grade
    Main grade for milling steel. Well suited for dry milling. High productivity and wear resistance.
  • AM5740 PVD-coated carbide grade
    For milling stainless steel at medium to high cutting speeds. Due to the positive geometry also suitable for high temperature and titanium alloys.
  • AK2115 CVD-coated carbide grade
    Suitable for medium machining of cast iron. Mainly to be used for dry cutting at medium to high cutting speeds.
  • AN1015 uncoated carbide grade
    For roughing and finishing of aluminum alloys and other non ferrous materials. Ground cutting edge and polished chipbreaker to reduce build up edge tendency.
  • AP5230 PVD-coated carbide grade
    Suitable for steel, stainless steel and cast materials. AP5230 is a universal grade with high heat and oxidation resistance.
