Grade description ARNO HFC-milling:
- AM5740 PVD-coated carbide grade + ALTIN
For milling stainless steel at medium to high cutting speeds, also suitable for high temperature alloys and titanium alloys.
- AP5325 PVD-coated carbide grade + TIALN
For general milling of steel, roughing and finishing at medium to high cutting speeds.
- AP5335 PVD-coated carbide grade + TIALN
Very tough PVD coated grade for machining steel, high resistance to cutting edge breakage.
- AP5340 PVD-coated carbide grade + TIALN
Preferred choice for unstable conditions. Can also be used where extreme toughness is required.
- AP5440 PVD-coated carbide grade + TIALN / TIN
Preferred choice for unstable conditions, long overhang and medium to low cutting speeds.
