The new website from the South German manufacturer HSM GmbH + Co. has been online since the middle of July
In keeping with the company’s international focus, the website is available in seven languages. Simplifying navigation throughout the product ranges was one of the main focuses of the relaunch. These are now arranged according to function under shredding, cutting or pressing, making navigation far simpler for the user. The product range has been optimised further and now has a fully integrated product finder for document shredders. The user will also find extensive information, images, descriptive instruction videos, data sheets and operating manuals directly alongside the products. Once the user has found a document shredder, he can proceed to the purchasing procedure directly using the “Commerce Connector” e-commerce tool. The tool is in use for the following markets: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The website also now offers a simplified means of contacting the company, which is possible from every subpage. Both dealers and consumers can contact HSM customer service directly using the contact form. The download section of the service portal contains a wide range of brochures, checklists and so on. To guarantee quick access to social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, XING and LinkedIn, these are centrally positioned and can be accessed from every page. It is also possible to register for a regular newsletter. eXtraWeb, the protected partner zone for dealers, remains the same. It still contains a wide range of information about all our new products, along with marketing materials.
