The MSC7602 and MSC7802 inductive multi-channel controllers can be combined with a wide portfolio of LVDT and LDR displacement sensors and probes. The controllers are used, among other things, in positioning tasks in mechanical engineering and automation, in form and geometry inspections in the area of quality control, material inspections in test systems or clamping stroke measurement.

The inductive measuring systems are characterized by their high signal and temperature stability and their reliability. For series applications, customer-specific modifications are possible at any time. The controllers are designed for industrial use. Depending on the model, mounting is also possible via space-saving top-hat rails and thus direct integration into the control cabinet. Robust die-cast aluminum housings with IP67 protection are available for harsh industrial environments.

For easy operation, Micro-Epsilon recommends downloading the latest sensorTOOL version 1.6.0. It offers improved user-friendliness and fast implementation of the sensors. The tool also enables simplified parameterisation and data processing for multi-channel applications. The measured values of several sensors can be displayed in the same diagram.

The Micro-Epsilon sensorTOOL replaces previous product-related solutions and thus also simplifies the support of sensors from the entire Micro-Epsilon portfolio.
