The RSJ 4/1 now also available in E 32 - KARL MAYER Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH

The latest version of the RSJ 4/1 is one of the fastest machines for the production of fine warp-knitted fabrics with a lace look. The innovative Rascheltroni®c machine celebrated its premiere at ITMA 2011 in Barcelona, where it gave a convincing and unique performance. It has been possible to improve the productivity and flexibility of the latest RSJ 4/1 considerably, compared to the previous model, by making the appropriate modifications. The technical changes include, amongst other things, separate threading for the jacquard bars – a step which permits differential movement of the two knitting elements in the forward position. Because of this separate bar movement the RSJ 4/1 can produce patterned net grounds such as those spotnet qualities established on the market at the moment, reaching high operating speeds at the same time. Further modifications to improve the design range include increasing the maximum repeat on the pattern disc from 12 to 24 per revolution and converting a line-dependent sequential mode of operation using KAMCOS®/Multi-Speed. The high-speed, versatile Rascheltronic® has a working width of 130" and has been offered in E 28 gauge since 2011. As of now this high-performance raschel machine is also available in E 32 gauge. As a result of extending the gauge range the latest RSJ 4/1 can now be purchased with the same range of fittings as its predecessor.
